Photos, video of Francis Libiran and Christian Mark Jacobs’ paradise wedding

Local fashion designer Francis Libiran and his partner Christian Mark Jacobs proved that true love wins at their beautiful paradise wedding last March 17.

Their union was witnessed by their families and friends in a picture-perfect setting at The Lind in Boracay. The occasion was organized by event stylist Gideon Hermosa, and with Libiran being top-of-mind when it comes to beautiful dresses, he was also hands-on with his own entourage's outfits!

The two grooms were clad in matching suits with different bow ties that made them look even more dashing side by side.

It was a celebrity-studded wedding, with Robin Padilla and Miss International Kylie Verzosa among those who attended the ceremony.

In one of the photos Christian Mark posted on Instagram, he shared a story about the song they picked for their first dance as a married couple, Ed Sheeran's "I'm Thinking Out Loud."

"I remember watching the music video on repeat thinking of all the possibilities of what our love could become, but I held back for fear of heartbreak. Years later, we performed our rendition of the dance at our wedding," he wrote on Instagram.

The two met in Paris in a "Before Sunrise" kind of way. Christian missed his flight and while he was waiting for the next one, he met Francis in a cafe. A year later, they found each other again in Paris and that's where they started their happily ever after.

"Our journey together has not been an easy or convenient one- through the overnight flights and sleepless nights, for years we have proving our love and devotion to one another. Being beside you put my hearts at peace and when I'm apart from you, I feel there is a piece of me missing. At last, it's time that we make our love official and become one," he wrote in another Instagram post.
