Filipina beauty queen, Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Teresita Ssen "Winwyn" Marquez turned over her crown to Nariman Cristina Battikha of Venezuela on Sunday, November 4 (Manila time) at Salon Siriono Fexpocruz in Bolivia.
