FilAm singer Francisco Martin wows American Idol judges anew

The Filipino-American singer that made waves during the American Idol Season 18 auditions has come back to slay.

18-year-old Francisco Martin impressed the judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan anew with his performance of "Hold Back The River" during the show's Hollywood Week.

This time, Francisco managed to keep his nerves in check.

Francisco got a standing ovation from Lionel and Luke and cheers from the audience.

"My boy," a proud Luke said repeatedly.

Francisco, a pre-law student from San Francisco, California made an impression on the judges as early as his auditions.

He blew them away with his rendition of "Alaska" by Maggie Rogers, prompting them to let him perform his original songs.
