David Archuleta does his take of 'Beautiful Soul' by Jesse McCartney

David Archuleta gave everyone a dose of nostalgia when he crooned out the iconic hit song "Beautiful Soul" by Jesse McCartney.

From the comfort of his home, the America singer-songwriter did the song cover while he played the piano.

"I've always loved this song," he tweeted.

The video has nearly 60,000 views, and over 6,400 likes.

David is among the many artists who have been entertaining fans online as the world tries to tamp down the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Just recently, Mandy Moore sang "Only Hope" with her husband Taylor Smith for the first time in almost 20 years.

The number of people who tested positive coronavirus is now more than 1.5 million while deaths exceed 96,000 with the US as the hardest-hit country.

In the Philippines, there are 4,195 confirmed COVID-19 cases with over 221 deaths and 140 recoveries.
