Pastor offers shuttle service with free snacks to COVID-19 frontliners

A pastor and his wife are offering shuttle services with free snacks to health workers and frontliners amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

Monching Elbueno and his wife owned a lights and sound company, but since work for events had stopped, they decided to use their service van instead to help ferry frontliners.

Just this Saturday, Monching began driving a health care company’s employees to and from their homes in Cainta, Caloocan, Malabon, Quiapo, and Tayuman.

Although the company pays him for his shuttle services, Monching makes it a point to offer free snacks and even Bible verses to the workers to inspire them every day.
