Man in Cavite offers to clean up street canal after losing job amid pandemic

A man has offered to clean up a street canal in Barangay Memije, Cavite, so he can earn money after losing his job amid the pandemic.

According to YouScooper Francis Jun, he was staying at a cousin’s store last week when an unidentified man approached them.

Francis thought the man was about to buy something from the store, but instead he offered to clean up the street canal nearby so he could earn some cash to bring home to his family.

The man told him he recently lost his job because of the pandemic.

Francis said he didn’t have a lot of money either, so he shared what he could afford to the unnamed man.

Many netizens including Francis were amazed with the man who looked for decent ways to earn money after losing his job.

Although Francis was unable to get his name, he learned that he was from Family Village Resources in General Mariano Alvarez (FVR GMA).
