Additionally, users will be able to use the girls' gorgeous faces as their icons the same day.

According to Netflix, "BLACKPINK: Light Up the Sky" will include exclusive interviews and never-before-seen footage of the girls from their trainee days to the global sensations they are today.

It will also feature a first look into the recording process of the band’s follow up album, and culminates with their historic 2019 Coachella performance.

Formed in 2016, Blackpink is a South Korean girl group consisting of members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.

The group has become a worldwide sensation, and recently officially made history as the first Korean female act ever to win a video music award with their phenomenal “How You Like That.” The song snagged their first-ever win at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The song also broke multiple Guinness World Records when it was released last June. —JCB, GMA News
