Tessa Prieto-Valdes shows off her Pinoy-made face masks

When it comes to fashionable face masks, Tessa Prieto-Valdes is supporting local.

The designer and philanthropist just posted a photo compilation of her new normal "fashion statement" on Instagram, featuring safety gear by Filipino designers like Mak Tumang, Ditta Sandico, and Mark Tenchavez.

"Making my fashion statement loud and proud #supportlocal #facemask!!!!" her caption read.

In her latest post, Tessa showed off the beauty of a hand-embroidered "Doble Cara" face mask by environmentalist entrepreneur Bernadette De Los Santos, among others.

She also urged her followers to support groups like Tatak Talino, which sells originally designed masks to raise funds for students in need.
