Arnold Clavio shares what he learned after contracting COVID-19: 'We should be in love with life bawat segundo'
Arnold Clavio on Tuesday shares what he has learned after contracting the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
On his 5th day of isolation, Arnold Clavio said he learned to "“Love the life you live...live the life you love!”
"That’s what I have learned in my five day isolation. Dapat no time wasted. We should be in love with life bawat segundo, bawat minuto," Arnold wrote in the caption of his post sharing a video of himself by the window.

"At kung lagi mong iisipin ang mga mahal mo sa buhay na naghihintay sa iyo, dapat maging mabilis ang pagaling mo… ang paglaya mo," he added.
He ended his note wishing everyone well and with hopes to finally see people in the coming week.
"See you next week! Praying sa lahat ng naka-quarantine at tinamaan ng Omicron," he said.
Arnold said some of the symptoms he is experiencing are cough, sore throat, and colds.
His temperature is at 36.4 and his oxygen is at a normal level.
Earlier on Sunday, Arnold announced that he took an antigen test after he had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
The journalist, radio and TV personality said he was experiencing mild symptoms and that it was his first time contracting COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic. —JAB, GMA News.
