Zac Efron gets his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame 


Zac Efron has his won star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Zac Efron just marked another milestone in his career with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! 

On Instagram, the “Highschool Musical” star shared some snaps taken during the ceremony attended by his mother and a couple of celebrity friends. 

“What an honor,” Zac wrote. 

He thanked his co-star from his upcoming movie, “The Iron Claw,” Jeremy Allen White, its director Sean Durkin, and Miles Teller, who co-starred with him in the 2014 romantic comedy "That Awkward Moment” for attending the ceremony and gave their message to Zac. 

“It was a truly a humbling moment for me surrounded by those I love,” he added. 

Zac rose to fame after playing the popular jock and captain of East High Wildcats basketball team Troy Bolton in the Emmy Award-winning Disney Channel film franchise "High School Musical.” 

He also starred in the hit American film, “17 Again,” where he played the younger version of the late Matthew Perry’s character. He also played the character of Phillip Carlyle in the musical film, “The Greatest Showman.” 

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a series of stars embedded in the sidewalks of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. Each star bears the name of a celebrity who has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry.
