Yasmien Kurdi expresses disappointment after gender reveal video gets taken down due to 'bullying, harassment'

Yasmien Kurdi expressed her disappointment after the gender reveal video she posted online got taken down on Facebook and Instagram.

The actress posted a screenshot from her Facebook page showing Community Standards violations informing her that her post was against the rules.

"Just last night we posted a video of our mini gender reveal and to our surprise this was taken down today on FB [and] IG due to bullying and harassment. We get reported a lot for wholesome contents," she said on Instagram.

Yasmien said that she cannot understand how her post became offensive while posts that include nudity and curse words are accepted.

"Ang i-report n'yo po ay ang mga malalaswang contents, huwag po 'yung wholesome contents. Isipin po natin ang mga anak at magiging anak natin. Anong klaseng mundo ba natin sila gusto palakihin?" she said.

Yasmien is married to Rey Soldevilla. Their first daughter, Ayesha Zara, turned 11 years old last November.

The family announced in November 2023 that they were expecting another baby. The deleted post revealed that they are expecting another girl.

Last month, Yasmien gave a glimpse of the ultrasound of "Baby Dragon."
