Rayver Cruz gets the same guitar model as John Mayer

Rayver Cruz is one happy musician and fanboy!

The Kapuso artist shared on his TikTok page that he got the same guitar model as one of his music heroes, John Mayer.

Rayver got a PRS Dead Spec Silver Sky, which is the "Gravity" hitmaker's signature electric guitar. He posted clips of his unboxing and testing it out.

According to Rayver, it took seven months to arrive.

"Always and will be a John Mayer fan," he said in his caption. "Happy kid indeed!"

Rayver is known to flex his guitar skills in his social media posts. In 2023, he bought a Gibson Les Paul guitar for his birthday.

That same year, he surprised his girlfriend Julie Anne San Jose with an electric guitar for her birthday.

JulieVer has been making their fans kilig with their song covers of classic hits such as Extreme's "More Than Words" and Richard Marx's "Now And Forever."

Rayver's older brother Rodjun Cruz also often jams with the couple.
