SB19 shares snippet of 'Kapangyarihan' ahead of September 21 rallies

SB19 has a resonating message ahead of the September 21 rallies.

On X (formerly Twitter), the P-pop Kings shared a 34-second snippet of them singing "Kapangyarihan," their collaboration song with Ben&Ben.

In the video, the group put the text "nagsisilbi ka dapat," a reference to one of the lines of the song. 

"Ang tao, ang bayan, ang tunay na kapangyarihan," they wrote in the caption.

"Kapangyarihan" was among the tracks of Ben&Ben's Pebble House, Vol. 1: Kuwaderno album released in 2021. It was also used as the opening song of GMA Prime series "Pulang Araw," which was set during the Japanese occupation period. 

Following congressional hearings on alleged corruption on flood control projects, many Filipinos have banded together to call for accountability for those responsible.

Two main protests are happening in Metro Manila on Sunday: One in Luneta at 9 a.m. and another in EDSA People Power Monument at 2 p.m.
