GMA Integrated News, more Kapuso programs, personalities recognized by ASEAN Center for Biodiversity

GMA Integrated News and other Kapuso programs and personalities have earned recognition from the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity for promoting the importance of biodiversity and raising awareness about climate change.

According to Vicky Morales' report in "24 Oras" Friday, GMA Integrated News was recognized by the center as a media partner. One of its initiatives is a series of special reports centered on the threats of climate change in the Philippines. 

Kapuso programs "Born to Be Wild" and "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" also earned recognition as media partners of the center. 

Meanwhile, GMA News Online editor-at-large and award-winning documentarist Howie Severino was recognized for being an advocate and communicator of biodiversity.
