Joy Barcoma brings Filipino humor on Miss Earth 2025 introduction video

Joy Barcoma is bringing fun to pageantry while staying true to her Filipino roots and sense of humor.

On Facebook, the Philippine bet for Miss Earth 2025 shared her introduction video for the upcoming pageant.

In the 50-second video, the Filipina beauty queen from Bacoor City described herself as sporty, someone who loves to cook, and a government consultant specializing in disaster resilience marketing.

She also revealed that she enjoys hosting gigs on the side and she spends her downtime binge-watching series and documentaries.

But instead of presenting these facts in the usual straightforward way, Joy took a humorous approach that captures her playful personality.

To show her "sporty" side, Joy is seen playing childhood games like ten-twenty and jackstones. When she mentioned her love for cooking, she playfully cooked hotdogs on a rice cooker.

And for her day job as a government consultant? She's shown typing random letters on her laptop.

"When I said I'll bring #JoyToTheEarth, I mean it!" Joy said, referring to her witty and lighthearted video concept.

In a separate post, Joy shared still photos from the video, humorously labeling them as her different personalities.

Joy was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2025 in August. She is set to wear the Philippine sash at Miss Earth 2025, which is scheduled to take place in November.
