Anita Gomez wins Best in Swimsuit at Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 preliminary competition

Philippine bet Anita Gomez won Best in Swimsuit in the preliminary competition of Miss Asia Pacific International 2025. 

According to the international pageant, the Filipina beauty queen took home the Best in Swimsuit award, while Isabela Fernandez of Brazil placed first runner-up and Jana Janssens of Belgium second. 

On Monday, Anita took to Instagram to celebrate her win with her supporters. 

"Pilipinas, we made it! Grateful beyond words for your unending love and support. I hope I made you all proud as I carried our flag and the pride of the Philippines on the international stage. I love you all!" she wrote in the caption. 

Anita competed at the Miss Grand Philippines 2025 in August, where she was named Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines 2025. 

She is among the 43 contestants vying for the Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 crown. 

The coronation night of the international pageant will be held on October 8, 6 p.m., at the Cebu Coliseum, Cebu. 

In 2024, Blessa Figueroa placed 3rd runner-up at the Miss Asia Pacific International.
