Ben&Ben's Paolo, Miguel Benjamin write book about inner peace

Paolo and Miguel Benjamin of Ben&Ben have ventured into a new creative realm: writing their first-ever book.

On social media, Paolo shared that he and his twin brother have co-written a book titled "The Traveller Across Dimensions."

In November, Ben&Ben released an album of the same title with 12 songs. It follows an animated character named Liwanag who is on a journey to answer the question, "How must we live?"

Paolo said that the book became a space for him to express his realizations and reflections that he couldn't fully convey through social media.

"Magkadugtong silang lahat, 'yung libro, 'yung mga kanta sa album, at 'yung Traveller plushie," he said.

"Gusto ko marinig 'yung thoughts niyo, at sana, kahit papano, makatulong siya sa'yo, lalo na kung nahihirapan ka ring maging mentally present most of the time, tulad ko," he added.

The book is available on ebook format. It can be downloaded for free at thetravelleracrossdimensions.com.

Miguel and Paolo are judges on the new season of "The Voice Kids Philippines."
