Myrna Esguerra marks first day as Miss International 2025 4th runner-up

Myrna Esguerra shared her first-day experience as Miss International 2025 4th runner-up, thanking supporters after her placement in the recently concluded pageant.

On Instagram, the Filipina beauty queen joined her fellow queens for an activity, where she wore a modern Filipiniana dress.

“First day,” she wrote in the caption. “Maraming Salamat po sa lahat ng taong naging dahilan kung bakit natin to naabot ngayon.”

Myrna placed 4th runner-up in the pageant held in Japan. Catalina Duque Abreu of Colombia won the title.

Following the competition, she thanked her fellow Filipinos for all the love and support.

“Mga kababayan, we made it to Top 5. Maraming maraming salamat po for your support. Kung wala po kayo, wala rin ako dito ngayon,” she said.

Myrna had a strong showing in the swimsuit and evening gown portions. In the swimsuit round, she wore a blue one-piece swimsuit with a transparent drape over her shoulders, showing confidence on the runway.

In the evening gown, the beauty queen from Abra wore an off-white Mak Tumang gown called "Orienta Rosa." Draped around her arms is a pink stole inspired by Palawan's cherry blossoms, which also doubles as a tribute to the pageant's Sakura Crown.

In the preliminary rounds, Myrna dazzled in a yellow halter gown adorned with delicate beadwork and a Solihiya-inspired woven pattern, a stunning creation by Filipino fashion designer Rich Sabinian.

She was also confident and elegant as she donned a white one-piece swimsuit, gracefully showing off her pasarela during the swimsuit round.

Last week, she shared that her national costume is inspired by the sampaguita.

We're proud of you, Myrna!
