Six thousand individuals in Malapatan and Glan, Sarangani, who were affected by the 7.8-magnitude earthquake in Mindanao on Monday have received aid from GMA Kapuso Foundation.
According to a "24 Oras" report on Thursday, among those who benefited from the foundation's Operation Bayanihan project include individuals who are temporarily staying in tents in Purok 5, Tabango, in Barangay Poblacion, Malapatan.
Most of the houses in the area were damaged by the quake, including the home of Ronalyn Manlunas.

The GMA Kapuso Foundation had distributed food packs, as well as bread and drinking water, to a total of 6,000 individuals.
The GMA Kapuso Foundation also donated food packs and water to residents in Barangay Población, Calabanit, and Taluya in Glan. These residents had put up tents in the plaza after their homes were damaged.
