Evan, formerly Heeseung of Enhypen, drops edgy teaser for debut single

The K-pop idol formerly known as Heeseung of Enhypen dropped the video teaser for his debut solo single, "Ride or Die."

In the 16-second clip, Evan went edgy as he sports a facial scar and icy blonde hair. He also dances in front of a vintage car while a rock song plays in the background.

"Ride or Die" comes out on June 22 at 5 p.m., Philippine time.

Evan announced his departure from Enhypen on March 10. In a statement, record label BeLift Lab reaffirmed that he would not be returning to the group.

Evan wrote a message of gratitude to fans following his departure.

In April, he announced that he is beginning his solo journey as Evan and launched his solo Instagram account, @h_evva_n.

That same month, Evan made his first appearance as a solo artist for a contact lens brand event at a fashion and beauty complex in Seoul, South Korea.
