PH records 561,000 crowd estimate in 'LoveL4ban' Pride events

Here's a colorful and positive way to conclude this year's Pride Month in the Philippines!

On Facebook, Pride PH announced that an estimated 561,000 people attended the "LoveL4ban" festivities across the country during Pride Month in June.

The estimate included 300,000 participants at the main Pride event in UP Diliman. However, it did not include attendees at other Pride events organized by different groups across the country.

“Umabot sa 300,000 ang naki-tindig sa U.P. Diliman! At mula Luzon, Visayas, hanggang Mindanao, sumabay ang iba't ibang rehiyon at lokal na pamayanan para sa kabuuang 561,000 nationwide sa ilalim ng #OnePridePH,” Pride PH wrote.

Among the attendees at the “LoveL4ban” in Quezon City were Klea Pineda and Janella Salvador.

Globally, June is considered Pride Month where members of the LGBT+ community and their allies celebrate and continue to fight for their rights.
