SB19, Be:First drop teaser of 'Toyfriend' MV ahead of Summer Sonic

SB19 and Be:First just released a teaser for the much-anticipated music video of their collaboration track, "Toyfriend."

The 15-second clip showed members of both groups dancing in a studio and some scenes set in Japan, like the Tokyo Tower and Yotsuya Station.

It also leaned into the toy aesthetic, showing an image of toy figures and the packaging warning with the lyrics of the song.

The music video will drop on Tuesday, August 11, a few days before SB19 takes the stage at the Summer Sonic Festival.

The P-pop Kings will perform at the Massive Stage in Osaka on Friday, August 14, and at the Pacific Stage in Tokyo in Saturday, August 15. Meanwhile, Be:First will perform at the Marine Stage in Tokyo, also on Saturday.

SB19 and Be:First first performed "Toyfriend" at the DUNK Showcase in Yokohama in March, before the song was officially released in the "Wakas at Simula" album.

The two groups performed it again at SB19's Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale concert in April, where Be:First appeared as one of the guest performers.

Be:First, a six-member Japanese group, will return to Manila in October for their concert at the New Frontier Theater.
