Camille Prats mourns passing of pet dog
Camille Prats is mourning the death of her longtime furbaby, Gucci.
On Instagram, the actress posted a series of photos with Gucci, sharing that it took her a while to post “as my heart still hurts everytime I think about you.”
“You have brought so much joy into our lives. You have witnessed so many things in the 16 years you have faithfully loved us, Nathan was only two when you became a part of our family,” she said.
Camille added that she would entice Gucci with food in exchange for love.
When Camille moved out of their family home, Gucci “stayed behind because mom and the rest of the family wouldn’t let you go.”
“That’s how much loved you are,” she said.
“From just Nathan, you played, snuggled and loved all the kids that came year after year until they were 10 in total."
According to Camille, Gucci would spend all its energy playing with the kids and has been patient with them.
“Our snuggle buddy, playmate, besty for life,” Camille said. “It was a joy to experience your love we so don’t deserve. We love you Guch. So so much. No more pain, always remembering you in our dreams.”
Camille’s fellow celebrities Carla Abellana, Jolina Magdangal, Iya Villania, and Suzi Entrata commented their condolences.
In 2017, Camille married VJ Yambao. They have two kids together: Nala and Nolan.
Nathan is Camille’s son with her late husband, Anthony Linsangan, who passed away in 2011 due to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
The couple also co-parents Ice, VJ’s teenage son from a previous relationship.
