How Marian taught Baby Zia to eat vegetables
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera couldn't be more proud of Baby Zia for not giving her a hard time as they go through that pesky milk-to-food transition.
Noon pa lang, umpisa pa lang, sinanay ko talaga," Marian at a cook-off event at Enderun Colleges with celebrity chef Nino Logarta on Tuesday.
Marian said Baby Zia even had favorite vegetables: “Dati spinach, ngayon Broccoli.”
Marian said breastfeeding remains one of the best ways to ensure optimal nutrition of children.
Marian pointed out that the difficulty in getting babies to eat healthy food was just a phase.
“'Wag mawalan ng pag-asa! Ganun talaga!” she said.
So her one-year-old could immediately learn how to chew, Marian did not limit Zia to eating purely smooth food.
Baby Zia is eating so much that it makes Marian wonder how her kid is able to take it all in.
“Mana siguro sa akin, pareho kaming malakas kumain,” Marian said.
The Kapuso actress juggles being a first-time mommy, the star of an upcoming primetime show, a businesswoman and a wife to Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.
Apart from loving the job, Marian shared that she and Dingdong take shifts watching Baby Zia whenever the other was busy. Frequently, the couple’s mothers pitch in to help.
"Kahit ako minsan, sinasabi ko sa sarili ko, wow, nakaya ko, to be honest, mahirap maging nanay, maging asawa tapos magtatrabaho ako dito sa showbiz and then magluluto,” she added. —JST, GMA News
