Aicelle Santos shares wedding plans: venue, dress designer, and making 'sure the food is good'
It was only when Aicelle Santos flew back home this month — after a successful year-long stint as Gigi Van Tranh for the Miss Saigon UK Tour — that she and fiance Mark Zambrano started to plan their wedding.

"Nung nandoon wala pa talagang wedding planning na nangyari. But we’ve already talked through our wedding planner and parang meron lang siyang mga suggestions na mga suppliers, pero sabi ko I have to be home to decide," Aicelle told the press at a media conference in Quezon City on Monday.
While nothing final has been decided for the wedding venue yet, Aicelle said that she wants the special moment to happen in nature.
"Mag-o-ocular pa kami, sa isang garden or sa isang beach. I want it in nature," she said.
When asked to describe her dress, Aicelle said it would be simple and that fashion designer Edwin Tan will be doing it. "We’re still exchanging ideas," she added.

The Kapuso actor-singer said she and Mark want everything to be simple.
"Mark and I, kilala mo naman kami, napaka simple naming tao. We just want to have fun and make sure the food is good dahil mahilig kaming kumain. Gusto ko lang mag-enjoy lahat ng pamilya at mga kaibigan."
Aicelle said she gets excited whenever she and Mark talk over their wedding planning.
"Kaag nag-uusap kami ni Mark, 'oh do you want this, Mahal?' May mga bagay na I want na he doesn’t want, so doon mo makikita kung sino ‘yong mas magbibigay."
After the wedding, Aicelle said she is looking forward to "having our own house, give it a few years, a baby. Matanda na tayo."
When reporters asked if she or other artists will be performing on their wedding, she said, "hindi pa rin yan fixed.
"Sa dami nga ng gusto kong kantahin, magpapa-ticketing na nga ako eh," Aicelle jokes, "but yeah we have them in mind already, hindi pa lang napa-plantsa."
Aicelle said the wedding will be happening by the end of this year.
Aicelle will also be joining Ballet Philippines contemporary rock opera ballet "Tales of the Manuvu" as First Woman on March 30 and 31 at the CCP Main Theater.
She will also be officially joining GMA musical variety show Studio 7. — LA, GMA News
