Rica Paralejo is blooming in a bikini, says 'current pregnancy is drawn to the water'
On her 29th week of pregnancy, Rica Paralejo is definitely blooming. She posted a photo of herself clad in a bikini, basking in the sun and enjoying the the pool.
According to Rica, this time she has been drawn to the water.
"This pregnancy is just so drawn to the water. Philip was so about planes," Rica wrote in the caption of her post.
She said she was more of a mountain person than a beach person but she said water has been helping her with her pregnancy.
"And you know what? I was never a beach person. I always liked the mountains more than beaches and pools. But water’s really helping me a lot these days. Who knows I can even birth in water!"
Rica said her baby shows to be 30 weeks big based on their last scan.
"We are now 28/29 weeks, but baby shows to be 30 weeks big in last scan. I haven’t gained a lot of weight so I am thinking, this might just be a big baby. Or the scan is wrong. Which is also a possibility."
Rica, who prefers one piece swimsuits, said she had no choice but to wear two-piece because it's the only swimwear that currently fits her.
"In other news, I am an advocate of one piece swimsuits pero hindi na talaga ako kumakasya sa kahit anong swimwear ko lately Hindi na ako makahinga at hindi na ako makagalaw. "
In a previous vlog post, Rica shared her reproductive health struggles with, revealing she had the condition called APAS, an autoimmune disorder that occurs in pregnant women.
According to an article on Smart Parenting, APAS or Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APS or APAS) "occurs when the body’s immune system makes abnormal antibodies that attack and damage tissues or cells.
