"Last few days before we welcome another human being into our humble unit," she said in an Instagram post.

"Stellar has made our lives rich with joy. Nasesenti ako!!! Now we are all set to welcome Salem," she added.

Salem is Chynna's second child with her husband Kean Cipriano.

The couple announced the pregnancy in April and later revealed that they're expecting a boy.
