Claudine Barretto commemorates dad’s 40th day: ‘My worst nightmare came true’

Claudine Barretto took to Instagram to commemorate her father’s 40th day. Posting a selfie together, Claudine penned a short letter addressed to her dad Miguel who passed away on October 15.

“Dad my worst nightmare came true, I lost you,” read a portion of Claudine’s message.
“Slowly it’s been sinking in that you really are not without [sic] us anymore. I cannot explain the pain and emptiness I’m feeling,” she said.

In another post, Claudine shared a poem entitled “Dad” and admitted that she’s “been depressed lately but still standing.”

“Miss you daddy, visit me in my dreams,” Claudine said.
