Gazini Ganados' mom thanks supporters before Miss Universe pageant: 'It's already a bonus'

Whether she wins or loses, all the support Gazini Ganados has been receiving throughout her Miss Universe journey is considered a "bonus" for her family.

A few moments before her daughter took the pageant stage in Atlanta, Georgia, Gazini's mom Carmencita Ganados expressed her family's gratitude.

"Thinking about that she's already there, and then she can tell everybody that 'I've been there,' so it's already a bonus for us. Thank you very much," she said in a report on "Unang Balita.

Feeling a bit nervous before the show, Mrs. Ganados urged everyone to continue praying for her daughter.

"Just continue supporting her, continue all the way to the back-to-back!" she asked.
