Valeen Montenegro takes late father's place, gives mom a Valentine's Day surprise

Valeen Montenegro's father, Iñaki Vicente, passed away last month, so the Kapuso actress wanted to make sure her mom, Honeylet, felt extra-loved this Valentine's Day.

In a video she shared on IG last Friday, Valeen surprised her mom with a giant red balloon, the very same Valentine's Day surprise her dad pulled for her mom back in 1979.

The mother-daughter pair also recreated the throwback photo from that moment, only it was Valeen who held the balloon up for her mom.
