Rocco Nacino and girlfriend Melissa Gohing launch fundraiser to feed hungry families

Rocco Nacino and his girlfriend Melissa Gohing have launched a fundraiser to help feed families during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

According to the Kapuso actor, “Food From The Heart” aims to raise money for households in far-flung areas that do not have the means to buy food amid the strict quarantine measures implemented across the country.

"We want to do what we can to help our community at this time when it's needed most," Melissa said on her IG account.

Rocco is known to have a huge heart and an appetite for service. Apart from being an actor, TV host and business owner, he is also a Navy reservist.

He just spent his 33rd birthday last March bringing relief to frontliner military personnel with girlfriend Melissa, a star volleyball player.

The couple is now calling for donations that would help provide food for families get through the COVID-19 crisis.
