Pia Wurtzbach reveals her 'lucky charm' in life and winning Miss Universe 2015

Pia Wurtzbach thinks her niece Lara is her lucky charm.

On Instagram, the Miss Universe 2015 posted a photo of herself with her adorable niece and shared how she was in the UK around Christmas 2014, waiting for her sister to give birth to Lara. 

"Nag new year na, di pa rin sya lumalabas! I really wanted to wait and be there for when it happens but my sister said 'Sige na, umuwi ka na. Malapit na mag screening sa Binibini,'" Pia narrated.

So she flew back to Manila. On the day day she became an official candidate in 2015, her niece Lara was born.

I really think Lara is my lucky charm in life ?? Kwento ko lang but back in 2014 when Sarah was pregnant with Lara, I flew to the UK over the Christmas period to wait for Sarah to give birth. Pero wala ???? hintay ako ng hintay. Nag new year na, di parin sya lumalabas! I really wanted to wait and be there for when it happens but my sister said "Sige na, umuwi ka na. Malapit na mag screening sa Binibini" so I left and flew back to Manila. The day I became an official candidate for 2015, Lara was born ???? tapos nag sunod sunod na yung swerte ko for that year and moving forward. ?????? She's growing so fast at nakakatuwang makita na sobrang generous nya sa friends nya, lagi syang nag shashare kahit ng pagkain hehe ???? at mahilig syang kumanta at sumayaw! (With feelings!)
