Solenn Heussaff shares habits that keep her and her family healthy
Solenn Heussaff has shared some daily habits that keeps her and her family healthy — and they revolve on none other than water.
In her latest vlog, Solenn shared her daily routine and showed how important water is in almost all parts of her day including her meals, shower, and even during workouts.
"Drinking water is the number one rule in health and nutrition which is why they say we can go weeks without eating but only a few days without drinking water," Solenn said.
The Kapuso actress always makes sure to drink a full glass of water before she eats breakfast. In that way she will "eat slower" and "get full fast."
"One of the tips to be resilient with water is to take a cold shower first thing in the morning when you wake up," she said.
According to Solenn, taking the cold plunge in the morning is something she's trying to get used to as it has several benefits.
