KC Concepcion pens heartbreaking tribute for grandmother’s death anniversary

KC Concepcion wrote a heartbreaking tribute for her grandmother Elaine Cuneta on her sixth death anniversary.

In an Instagram post on Friday, KC shared a photo of herself with her grandmother in a hospital bed.

“I remember you every day, not just on this day. I love you more than words can ever say. You were my best friend. My confidant. My light. In many ways you are alive with me and will always be the love of my life,” KC wrote.
