Megan Young and Mikael Daez exchange sweet messages on 10th anniversary
Megan Young and Mikael Daez — who have been couple goals for 10 years now — marked their decennial anniversary by exchanging sweet messages to each other on Instagram.
Mikael shared a very memorable photo of his wife falling asleep after their wedding last year, recalling how both of them got "knocked out" after the reception.
“To celebrate my 10th anniversary with Boneezy, I’d like to look back at what happened a year ago,” Mikael began.
“Unfortunately, not much can be remembered as my wife spent most of her night looking like this during our wedding reception. Buti na lang, masunurin akong asawa and I followed suit by knocking out shortly after as well,” he continued.
Megan, on the other hand, shared a romantic video of her and Mikael dressed in old Hollywood glam while eating popcorn in a movie theater.
January 6 also happens to be Mikael’s birthday, but Megan shared that her husband actually forgets or doesn’t even care to celebrate it.
“Fofo (Mikael) always says, ‘why celebrate one day of my life when I can celebrate and be thankful everyday?” Megan wrote.
“Some people can’t believe that he doesn’t celebrate his birthday, but it’s always a nice surprise when the both of us eventually remember,” she added.
Megan Young and Mikael Daez tied the knot in chill and intimate Subic ceremony last January 25, 2020.
After spending most of their newlywed days in a Metro Manila condo amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple recently shared that they plan to move to Subic and are even trying their hand at it already!
