Jackie Forster's daughter, Caleigh Simone, celebrated her fifth year being cancer-free!

The proud mom took to social media to mark the milestone and shared a poster of Caleigh on her Instagram, Saturday.

"When you feel like giving up remember - We serve a living God!," she wrote. "@caleighsimone has been 7 years in remission and can now be declared 5 years cancer-free!"

She also took the time to thank the National University of Singapore for all the help they gave to the family.

Caleigh is one of Jackie's three children with husband Michel Franken. Jackie also has two children with basketball star Benjie Paras. Just last September, Caleigh celebrated her 10th birthday with all of her siblings . —Kaela Malig/JCB, GMA News
