Jennica Garcia posted a letter she wrote for her daughters Athena and Severina that revealed the "heartache" she is going through.
The IG post came after she expressed her desire to change her Instagram name and username on social media, which sent netizens speculating about her marriage with Alwyn Uytingco.
On Instagram Wednesday, Jennica posted a photo of her daughters praying and two more photos of her letter for them, which she also wrote in the caption.
"Athena and Severina, know that Nanay has no regrets," she began the caption of her post.
In the letter, Jennica admitted her fears whenever she thinks "about the coming months and years because this is not how I planned the two of you to grow up."
"But despite the heartache I am going through, I am able to keep the Joy in my heart and will continue to praise God with every cry because even if my plans have failed, I know that our loving Father's plan for us is always good," she added.
Jennica believes that God's "decision to allow this to happen in our life is not to destroy us. Never to destroy us, mga anak."
"Instead of sadness, lets rejoice because God is close to the brokenhearted," she added.
The actress said a prayer and said she looks "forward to the day when you will reveal to me the answer to all my why's. I will patiently wait for your answer and in doing so, I will praise your name. JESUS CHRIST, my Redeemer, my Savior!"
Netizens have noticed that Jennica has started using her maiden name on Facebook, though she is using her husband's surname as her name and username on Instagram.
They've also noticed the absence of her husband on her Instagram posts.
Jennica stepped away from the spotlight after giving birth to her two daughters with Alwyn.
She will return to showbiz in the upcoming GMA Prime Series "Las Hermanas" with Albert Martinez, Yasmien Kurdi, Thea Tolentino, and Faith Da Silva.
