Dingdong Dantes is surely getting his fitness game on with the help of his daughter, Zia!

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Dingdong shared a photo of himself hilariously using a giggling Zia as his weights during his workout session.

"This morning’s body weight squat...with an additional somebody," Dingdong wrote.

This isn't the first time Zia, Dingdong and Marian Rivera's firstborn, helped out her parents.
