Sam Pinto, Anthony Semerad to build beachy bohemian-inspired home in Parañaque

Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad are building their beachy bohemian-inspired home in Parañaque City.

In a Q&A vlog on YouTube, Sam said they have already started planning their new house. She even gave a sneak peek of the design of their house.

"The designs have already been approved, and we've submitted the permits already, so we’re just waiting for the permits to be approved and then we start. This is our house in Parañaque so we start demolishing that one and we create a new one so this is super exciting," Sam shared in the video.

Sam said she will be releasing more details about their new house but she said they are planning for Anthony to have his own gym while she has her big closet.

Sam is pregnant with her first child with her husband Anthony.

The couple revealed that they are expecting a baby girl whom they will name Mia Aya Semerad.

Sam is expected to give birth anytime from August 15 this year.
