Cassy Legaspi shares sweet message to co-stars as ‘First Yaya’ comes to end

Cassy Legaspi has shared a sweet message to her “First Yaya” female co-stars as the show comes to an end.

Sharing photos and videos of her time together with her “Dears,” the actress wrote: “I am so lucky to be constantly surrounded by inspiring and empowered women, who eventually became my older sisters (and of course, let’s not forget my Manang Tyang).”

She added: “Thank you Dears for always pushing me and believing in me during the times where I doubted myself, for reminding me of my worth and guiding me when I get too naive about certain things in this world.”

Cassy wished they’d have more TikTok videos, projects and blessings in the future.

“Alam ko na sa relationships walang forever, but with The Dears, diyan may forever,” she said.

[I know there’s no forever in relationships, but not with The Dears.]

She then joked that no one was allowed to have a partner in their “family,” before asking, “bawal ba talaga (is it really not allowed)?”

The hit primetime series “First Yaya,” which also featured Sanya Lopez, Gabby Concepcion, Kakai Bautista, Maxine Medina, Cai Cortez, and Analyn Barro, came to an end when leading characters President Glenn Acosta (Gabby) and Melody (Sanya) tied the knot on its last episode. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
