Mavy Legaspi gifts mom Carmina with 'welcome home' roses

Carmina Villarroel came home from a lock-in taping to a sweet surprise from her son Mavy.

In her Instagram Stories, the actress showed off the bouquet of Ecuadorian roses that Mavy had given her.

"Thank you Kuya Mavi for these beautiful, beautiful, beautiful roses," she said in the video. "Ito 'yung pa-welcome home ni Maverick sakin kagabi."

"Thank you to my fav son @mavylegaspi for the [rose emoji]," she added in the caption.

Carmina is fresh off the lock-in taping for the upcoming show "Widows' Web." She is set to play the role of Barbara Sagrado-Dee.

During her taping, her husband Zoren Legaspi also visited her on set even though they had to follow social distancing protocols. —JCB, GMA News
