Sharon Cuneta receives necklace with Fanny Serrano’s ashes

Sharon Cuneta is holding Fanny Serrano close to her heart with a necklace bearing his ashes.

On Wednesday, the Megastar shared a photo of the heart-shaped accessory, which she got from the daughter of the late celebrity makeup artist.

“The sealed pendant (or) locket holds a bit of Tita Fanny’s ashes. Thank you, Fatfat. This will forever be precious to me,” she wrote on Instagram.

Fanny died in his sleep last month. According to his daughter Maktin Miranda, he “suffered from a massive stroke [in] March 2021, and he has been recuperating since then.”

Shortly after Fanny’s passing, Sharon thanked him “for wiping so many tears quietly as they poured from my eyes.” – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
