Viy Cortez has captured the sweetest moment when Kidlat smiled at his dad CongTV, and it’s so adorable!

While Cong carried Kidlat, the newborn baby could be seen with a huge smile on his face.

Viy and Cong welcomed baby Zeus Emmanuel “Kidlat” Velasquez on July 5.
