Joyce Pring gets real about balancing career and motherhood: 'How... is this the same person?'
Joyce Pring just got real about the challenges of balancing career and motherhood as a soon-to-be mom of two.
On Instagram, Saturday, Joyce shared two photos of her with very different looks—one where she was well made up and styled and one where she had a messy hair and wore simple shirt.
Joyce said she was three months pregnant in the first photo, and seven months pregnant in the second photo.
"How... is this the SAME person?!" she wrote in the caption.
"Being pregnant with a toddler while trying to juggle a career is literally the hardest job I have ever had to pull off... and I'm still trying to figure it out," she added.
Joyce then reflected on how moms make it "humanly possible" to handle all their roles, from being a wife, a mother, a career woman, and a friend all at the same time.
"I'm new to this role but man it is literally the only job in the world I feel like I can boast about because everyday I wake up thinking, 'this is it, today's the day I'm gonna lose my mind,' and yet the Lord intercedes for me and I survive it," she said.
"I just wanted to share this because I feel like moms literally are superheroes. And we are just trying our best. Every. Single. Day. We show up, and we try our best. We make mistakes, we say sorry, then we try our best again," she added.
Joyce married Juancho Triviño in 2020. They welcomed their son, Eliam, in 2021.
The couple announced in November that they are expecting their second child. They later revealed that they are having a daughter.
