Saab Magalona discovers old love note from husband Jim Bacarro: 'It's the small things'
Is there any doubt that Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro are #RelationshipGoals?
According to her latest Instagram post, Saab found a sweet post-it note from Jim in 2015. They were three months into their marriage at the time.
The musician and podcast host said Jim was fresh from quitting his corporate job “to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams — "he had asked me if I was okay with it and of course I supported him."
Written on the note was: “Thank God I have a wonderful wife that would go and enjoy being with me at a bazaar. I wouldn’t know what I’d do without you, Saab. I’m the luckiest guy in the universe.”
In her caption, Saab said, “I didn’t think he would make such a big deal out of me helping him set up at bazaars and genuinely enjoying watching him go!”
Saab then talked about how the smallest things mean so much.
“’Maliit na bagay,’ sabi nga nila. Pero para [sa kanya], sobrang laki nun. And he communicated his appreciation for it very simply but so heartfelt,” she said.
She added, “Hindi talaga kailangan ng grand gestures para magpakita ng love. It’s the small things. Maliliit na bagay[.]”
Saab and Jim tied the knot in 2015 and have two sons, Pancho and Vito.
