Winwyn Marquez sings 'Bahay Kubo' as lullaby to Baby Luna
Winwyn Marquez is a hands-on mom to Baby Luna.
On Instagram, the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 shared a video of her putting her daughter to sleep while singing a lullaby.
And the song? It's none other than Filipino folk song "Bahay Kubo."
"Bahay Kubo is Luna's fave lullaby song... when she got sick gusto niya na ganito i-hele," Winwyn said.
In the video, Winwyn wore pajamas and a hip carrier, where Luna sat comfortably as she learned on her mother's chest.
The little girl had a pacifier in her mouth as she dozed off to her mom's quiet voice.
Winwyn said she tries to cherish every moment with Luna, as she knows the little one would grow up one day and would be too big for her to hold in her arms.
"Whether it's playing with toys, going for a walk, reading a storybook, or nap times like this... every moment spent with my baby is special."
"I'll continue to hold my baby tight, and enjoy every moment we spend together, knowing that these memories will last a lifetime."
Winwyn gave birth to Luna last year. The little girl turned one year old in April.
The actress is now engaged to Luna's dad, her non-showbiz partner whom she called her first love.
