Klea Pineda, GF Katrice Kierulf join QC's Pride March
Klea Pineda proudly marched at Quezon City's LoveLaban Pride event together with her girlfriend, Katrice Kierulf.
On Instagram, the Sparkle actress uploaded photos taken during the Pride March, where she and Katrice shared a rainbow flag.
"Joined this year's Pride March as a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and it definitely felt more liberating than my first one!" Klea said in the caption, adding a rainbow emoji.
"Seeing the community come together for a greater cause never fails to warm my heart."
Klea also encouraged her followers to "continue creating safer spaces to allow all kinds of love to prosper."
The actress added that this year's Pride March was made more special because she spent it with Katrice.
The couple also joined Gabbi Garcia and her father for a fun Pride Ride before the LoveLaban festivities last Saturday.
Also on Saturday, the QC government announced the launching of the country's first "care card" that would authorize LGBTQ+ couples to make medical decisions for their partners.
Klea came out as gay back in March. She also publicly introduced Katrice as her girlfriend.
