Rocco Nacino posts reminder for parents after scare with son EZ

Rocco Nacino posted a reminder for parents after narrowly avoiding an accident with his son, EZ.

On Instagram, the Kapuso actor shared a CCTV home footage where he could seen holding EZ as the baby sat on a table.

When Rocco reached over to kill a mosquito, EZ leaned over to the edge of the table to grab his toy, and fell off of Rocco’s arms. However, Rocco was quickly able to catch his son’s feet.

Rocco said it was the “first scare of my life.”

“Naiiyak ako ngayon,” Rocco said in his video.

He then reminded, “Reaching out to all the new parents out there, as [your kids] grow bigger, older, para ding lumalaki din yung dangers that come along the way.”

Looking back at the incident, Rocco said that they could have gone to the hospital if he wasn’t able to catch the nine-month-old EZ.

“Parents, always keep an eye on your children,” Rocco said. “Stop being on your phones. It’s playtime with your kids, [so] playtime with them. Don’t make the mistake I did. Be safe.”

The actor added in his caption that he will now baby-proof their home for a safe and playable environment.

Rocco and athlete Melissa Gohing got married in January 2021. They announced their pregnancy in May 2022 and welcomed Ezren Raffaello, or EZ, in October of the same year.
