Andi Eigenmann details meaningful Christmas Eve spent at home with family

Andi Eigenmann had a "lovely" Christmas Eve in Siargao with her family, with a lot of firsts.

On Instagram, the celebrity posted snaps from Sunday and said it was the first time nobody among her children fell asleep nor had to be carried during Simbang Gabi.

"It's the first year we got to stay up till midnight to open presents together too," she aded.

Andi also shared that this is the 2nd year that Ellie tried to complete Misa de Gallo. "I hope she gets her wish!" Andi said.

According to Philippine tradition, anybody who completes the dawn mass novena — getting up to hear mass before daybreak for nine consecutive days — will get his/her prayer, or wish answered.

Andi detailed their super simple Christmas Eve for good reason: On Christmas Day, she sent Ellie off "for her first American adventure with her dad!"

How sweet, isn't it?

Ellie is Andie panganay and daughter with actor Jake Ejercito. She has since relocated to Siargao, where she now lives with her fiance, the champion surfer Philmar Alipayo, and their two kids, Lilo and Koa.
