Marjorie Barretto’s daughter Erich accepted into Oxford University summer school
Marjorie Barretto took to Instagram to share her pride after her youngest daughter, Erich, was accepted into Oxford University’s summer program in the United Kingdom.
According to the proud mom, Erich applied independently and was accepted to take up Psychology at Oxford.
“Her courage takes her places my dreams never reached,” Marjorie wrote. “When she dreams, she goes out and gets them. We can only stand behind her with full support,” she added.
Marjorie admitted feeling torn about letting her daughter go at the young age of 13.
“Inside, my mommy heart was breaking… worried she might be too young to be on her own, but at the same time overflowing with pride,” she said.
“At 13, she has taught me the art of letting go, and that no one is too young or too old to chase after their dreams,” she added.
The news about Erich comes shortly after Marjorie received a brand-new minivan from her actress daughter, Julia Barretto. Her children have surely become a source of pride and joy for the actress.
Aside from Julia and Erich, she has other kids: Dani, Claudia, and Leon.
